In my case I could possibly get over 84000 tiered goods per day now it's 10,000 Sucks big time for established players.I agree with you and it is a similar idea that someone has proposed in the Q&A, though I haven't seen a response to it. Jack's proposal was that we should receive 1 chest for every 20 visits.
I suspect that his suggestion is asking too much. Maybe your one is not enough.
My Bell Spire is comparatively in its infancy as it is only on level 2. With the current system I pick up around 10,600 goods a day for visits. After the change I will receive 1,770.
If extra chests were being awarded once every 20 visits then I would receive 7,080 goods. I would happily accept that compromise, but also know that it would never happen because Inno are looking to vastly cut the amount of goods received.
With your solution I would receive 2,950 goods a day. I think the amount asked for is a good amount to try to strive for. The problem, however, is that it is a fixed amount. I am doing around 180 visits a day. Those people doing lots more would feel the pinch more and it doesn't give a benefit to people the more visits that they make, which I feel it should.
As a revision to Jack's idea I think that a target which may work for Inno and us would be to get a) the initial 3 chests and b) 1 extra chest randomly for each 40 visits made. As it is within each 40 then you would have a chance of getting one, even if you are only visiting 20 people a day, for example.
If this system were implemented I would be receiving 4,130 goods per day, with a chance at 4,720. Seems like a good compromise to me and makes the Bell Spire still well worth it.
Make that NO responses. We only had the original statement from Marindor which listed a mess of unfounded statements by way of explanation. This was very quickly taken apart and many people have repeatedly asked for clarification on it and they have been silent ever since. They had plenty of time to discuss this before it went live, but nothing.I note very few responses from the Elvenar Team so far.....
Well would you believe it, i just ran the visits to all our FS ( 23 ) and some of my neighbours and not one chest..oh well maybe next time edit update, another 20 visits done, still no chests are we supposed to look for a red X on the map and start digging now to find them ?
I also have to flipping well look for the chests, when before I got the goods as part of my visit - every visit - now, I had only one chest this morning out of ten visits to neighbours (maybe I will get more later if I bother to visit, but who knows
