Yes, I fully agree with what
@Paladestar wrote - this is a bit demotivating. I'm not usually one to say "this is not how the game is supposed to be played", because how would I know, but while I do respect the amount of planning, preparation and coordination that went into this, it does feel like it goes against the spirit of the game.
AS
@kimkimkim wrote, there are no rules against this, but I was wondering this morning if there could be any
mechanism to prevent it. For example, they could implement a balance requirement for FA badge donations from a single city, such that your most donated badge cannot be more than 3 times your least donated badge. This would effectively kill specialized cities. I'm not sure that this is a good thing overall though.
On another note, while I really enjoy the challenge of FAs, but the main struggle is actually with the terrible UI. Individually time-boosting 12 T1 manufactories multiple times a day is annoying. Building and tearing down the mini WS and T1s is mind-numbing (and there
should be ways to improve this). Individually starting productions in 168/200 mini WS so you get exactly the right amount is sleep-inducing. If this was more convenient, I think FAs could actually be fun
