I think that we should wait official invitation from the Mods. And may be they will open the community contest section.

Usually there must be a big green button on the original contest post which leads you to open a private thread/ post.

Two were difficult for me, 13 and 16. Almost everything is in your city, inventory or you went through it.
Read the previous comments, they may help you. You still have plenty of time. Good luck

I found 4 very difficult if you read back, some of it was due to me misunderstanding the criteria though initially.
