Closed | Archived population increases instead of decreasing

In Winyandor, UK based if it matters.

I started to build 2 more manufactories this morning, but the town available population rose instead of lowering. It does the same with each upgrade on the manufactories.

I have to reload the game to get it to show the true lowered amount of population.
