If you are using HTML5, you might also try switching to flash. They have been having some troubles with the HTML5 client on the beta server.

Well it was answered - Elvenar is undergoing maintenance - but the 'answer' has been moved to another thread for some reason.

I'm having trouble too. On the desktop version it gets stuck on 18/27. It's been that way a couple of hours. It's fine on mobile though.
