I've done a quick look on the usual sources and I can't find a breakdown on the numbers for the Astral Phoenix Feeding Effect. How reduced is the Spire Negotiating costs?

according to i-davis site the effect varies from 2% at level 1 through to 10% at level 10 and lasts for 12 hours

Fire Phoenix - Max Feeding Effect +50% Attack for 24 hours
Astral Phoenix - Max Feeding Effect -10% Spire Diplomacy Costs for 12 hours
Twilight Phoenix - Max Feeding Effect +5% Troop Revive for 12 hours

The only thing we have to help out in the Spire is the Spectral Stone

I've figured out why Phoenixes are so rare. Their eggs keep crashing to the ground.
Poor things don't stand a chance

Is it just me, or I still haven't hit the daily quests. This is just the second day, and the quests are still available even after I've finished 58 quests out of a total 70.

Yup this has been observed on the US Forum - you should be topping out at 50 right now, but we had a player collect the Goddess of Wishes  before the final quest spawned on Beta.

*UPDATE* - Right! @AutumnWolf This is a known issue and being looked into as we speak. Of course this will get dealt with swiftly however for those that have ploughed forward I think it's just a case of what's done is done!

If I get any further update though I will let you know

So, now I am seeing the lock, but it says new quest in 14:43 h. As I am on quest 59 I suspect this means I will have several days of the countdown resetting without getting a new quest as I'll still be ahead of the dailies.

It'd be good to know if that is the case.
