Current situation:
After researching the new technology "Orc strategist" in chapter Orcs and Goblins the exclamation mark stays active.

Expected situation:
I expect that after researching and finishing the "Orc strategist" the exclamation mark will disappear. It is also shown on the bottom tile of the chapter.

Reproduction Steps
1. Research and finish the new technology
2. See that the exclamation mark doesn't disappear

Already reported on Beta, but apparently there were more important things to fix.

The same bug exist with the Dryad Promotion.

Same for me but I got the orc strategist in my training grounds after completion so... no real effect... just another slovenly job
