If you mean an in-game event then yes. Elvenar started a few last year and we are finding new ones as we move along. There is currently a valentines quest line on beta.

do we know when it is actually starting? I've read somewhere it's the 2nd (tomorrow) but will it be from midnight or mid morning some time? if anyone knows?
