I just finished my ancient wonder and went to the build section to find this:

I refreshed quite some times and nothing changes. It has happened for the first time to me because before even when I wasn't able to finish the Wonder to see what it requires and there were more things.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. This particular issue has already been reported here (click) and forwarded to the development team to be fixed. In the meantime, you will find that you are able to build your Crystal Lighthouse when you have a builder available.
