No new postings in this thread for the past two months, so I'm guessing that all concerned Forum members have registered their support.

I would add though that the overall attendance and activity in other Forum areas has declined to Dead Sea levels. This sort of activity level is a self-fulfilling prophesy. :(

Apparently the German Forum is pretty toxic, has been for some time now.

Hello Today there was an update for the Tome of Secrets. It was possible after the previous update to set up the tome at level 1 for 100 fragments + 1 combo trigger. You could then tear it down again for 2 combinations and 1 restoration spell. This made it possible to earn the restoration...

The information from that link on that particular US server was a little obscure with respect to the German Forum. I did get a vague impression that the two US members referenced did have some unpleasant experiences. But I fail to see how the need to close one ('toxic') forum can translate into the need to close all forums. o_O

It all starts with the parents not raising them properly from the day they are born. They get to age 4+ and go to school where they are taught that everyone is a winner, you can have everything immediately and you don't have to do anything anyone says, doubly so if they are in any kind of position of authority. They are not taught how to communicate properly either verbally or in writing (most can't write their own name legibly, I know I have 4 nieces/nephews in the teenage bracket) or interact and even share things with others.

Parental love is lavished in the form of every gadget and gizmo under the sun, no matter how bratty and unruly they are just so they leave mummy/daddy in peace. Every child gets their own device and said device gets upgraded the minute their mate gets the latest model. Socialising consists of sticking their head in said gadgets and the art of speaking reverts back to the level of the neanderthal.

So you can't blame some savy tech entrepreneur for exploiting western society's backwards slide. We all just wish we had thought of it first.
