Found it :) Had to turn off Personalised Ads in my Google Account.

Each time I try to Watch an Ad I get a message telling me to disable my Ad Blocker. I have no Ad Blockers in place.

Is it possible have Provinces automatically found in the First Round rather than having to search for the next Province each time.
