Each time I try to Watch an Ad I get a message telling me to disable my Ad Blocker. I have no Ad Blockers in place.

this may not be a bug....your browser may have one built in....check your browser settings

Had to turn off Personalised Ads in my Google Account.

Settings :
Privacy & Security:
General:
Let Apps show ads.
Hope this helps
