I'm in Orcs and have just finished Masquerade II but have received a Fairies level reward - see attached file for screen shots - which I would add except I get an error message saying the file is too large.....suggestions?

Hi Young Vixen,

Have you completed the Advanced Scouts research in Orcs before collecting your reward, as the end of Advanced Scouts is when you officially enter the next chapter?

If you have, then you will need to contact support so they can investigate what has happened.
