hi can someone please tell me why i cant get into wiki with the same name & password as the forum please ?

you don't need to log in to use wiki, so I wouldn't worry about it. The wiki log in has no register area, but will not accept game or forum log ins so it's best to ignore the log in and just read the information (in my opinion)

Indeed, the only people who need a Wiki account are the Wiki editors. Regular visitors can just read it without needing to login
