Question Why , o why is this game buffering?

My phones new, my network is FAST... YET Elvinar buffering like crazy..... I shouldn't need to clear my cache on a new phone
I use phone,laptop n my kindle to play....... THIS IS the ONLY thing that's buffering btw...
Any help, as I'm thinking about quitting for good.

Make sure that the game is fully downloaded and upgraded before you play it. It does take some time. After that give it couple of days of playing for the phone to adjust to it as it does allocate the most memory to the most frequently used app. If you still have a problem, you can contact support.

Cheers Silly BUT contacted them already ...... It was them that suggested cashe clearing.
