Why does the chat window not show other fellows who are supposedly online, as marked by the green dot in the FS window?

I used the '/who' hotkey in the chat window, but it only shows me.

Someone in our FS mentioned that the green dot doesn't refresh immediately so the members with dots might have been online in the last 15/20 minutes but not anymore.
Or they're hiding from you

I hope I am not so scary.

But you are right. The refresh rate may be lagging.
