I am very new to this game. I got a watchful winter owl and managed to get 2 instants for 2 evolutions. Where can you find more?
Does the magic academy have them at all? I was hoping to get this owl a few more evolutions. Thanks for any replies.

The watchful owl is from a past event. Not sure if the owl artifacts pop up in the MA at the moment, but we do see a variety of old artifacts surfacing in the MA for crafting. You will be able to get to level 10 eventually, just can’t say how long it will take.

As @BlueBlou says, the artefacts for event buildings do appear infrequently. Sometimes in the Magic Academy, sometimes as Spire rewards, and sometimes as other spells or sorceries. I had to wait a long time to get all ten for the Watchful Owl.

You don't have to be patient to play Elvenar, but it helps!
