we've been earning 10 chests about half of the time. we haven't earned less than 9 for a while.
one good tournament player can bring us to the point where we will earn 10 chests more often than not.

we don't have many rules except-
trade fairly w/ your teammates
visit when you can play
maintain a 1000 point tournament average to keep fellowship rewards at a high level. this should be flexible enough to allow for some breathing room and let players focus on whichever tournaments they have time for or offer relics that are needed most.
any boosts are fine. we already have a great exchange of goods and haven't had a serious shortage of any good for over 30 months.
any sized city is welcome if they can score enough in tournaments to maintain the 1000 point average we require.
we generally do just enough in adventures to open the 3rd chest. a decent and realistic amount of effort from everyone gets the job done. we aren't nuts enough to do 4 times the amount of work needed just to win 1 extra building in adventures by trying for a top 20 ranking
