Training Size, not Squad Size.

This can be found by hovering over any troop you're currently training. The numbers don't differ per type of troop. There is however a difference in amount of squads you train per slot, per troop, so let's compare the correct numbers

Spend a whole lot of money on expansions, so you can fit enough magical residences.
Not that having 60 armouries is useful for anything else but ranking points, but that's a playstyle choice.
