I have not been able to create power of provision spell for the last several days. This is an issue in both of the worlds I participate in. The spell appears to not have enough items to produce although I have plenty of the items shown in red.

Are you sure you're looking at the right items? The spells require Relics, not Goods. Could it be you ran out of the required Relics without noticing?
