Question Trouble with the Misty Forrest Tasks

I have a task that requests:
Gain 800 Spell Fragment (done)
Accept 3 Trades offers form the Wholesaler - This I could not fulfil, although I have accepted several trade offers

You should be able to fulfil it... even if you have to wait for coins or supplies to replenish between each one.

Wholesaler isn’t the same thing as offers from other players. Might this be the source of the problem? Wholesaler has its own tab in the trader and offers goods in exchange for coins or supplies.
