Answered Treasure In This City

I've not yet gotten to the point were I can join a fellowship, so the only "There's a treasure in this city!" messages I see are in relation to my own city. So where do I look for them?

Are they the things that look like a movie reel, and you need to watch the movie to get the treasure?

Yes, exactly that.
You can also watch ads in the research tree for extra research KP and in the builders hut hobby room for a short boost on collection of your choice of resource.

Thanks. Except...is there some threshold you need to pass to be able to do that. Whenever I click the button to Watch, nothing happens - the dialog goes away but nothing pops up that I can watch. Tried it on two different browsers, on both I've made sure popups are enabled.

Hi @Budfudder sometimes the adverts can lag a bit. I can "force" them to pop up by performing some actions in my City OR popping into the World Map and back out again.

It does eventually show!

Would also recommend a cache clear on your device/browser as the cache can slow things up a bit

I was going to edit my comment to say that I wasn't sure if the research KP and hobby room need to be unlocked in research first.
