Have just had 4 trades accepted and the 20k of elixir I should of received did not arrive. Can this be resolved?

Hi billyboy sometimes you need to refresh the game in order for the new items to show in your goods list, for me sometimes i have to refresh the game twice but i'm sure you have it, just not showing up.
