The Flourishing Nutcave provides NO Culture bonus for me after update to 1.41.1 version! Only new supplies production ...

From the picture you gave here, you are getting 107 Culture from this building.

It is declared, but the reality is different - you can see from the same picture that the total culture is only 49 and this is the sum of other enhancements

The Flourishing Nutcave is giving you 107 Culture. The number 49 that you see is your available culture, The rest is being used up on other buildings in your town .

Sorry, my mistake. 49 is not total but available culture. You are right.
