Sir Derf
Adept
Chapter 18.
My inventory of Guest Race people: 11699 Humans, 11699 Elves, 11699 Elvenar.
Started 8 Event Badges in my Element Hubs, using 240 Humans and 240 Elves.
My inventory of Guest Race people: 11699 Humans, 11699 Elves, 11699 Elvenar.
I collected Guest Resource people form my 6 Squares (2 each Humans, Elves and Elvenar), each with 4 hours of production, so 96 per Square.
+96, +96, +96, +96, +1, +1.
My inventory of guest Resource people: 11651 Humans, 11651 Elves, 11699 Elvenar.
11699 + 96 + 96 != 11699
11699 + 1 + 1 != 11699
This is embarrassing.
The surface-level presentation is that Elvenar can't do basic math.
First graders learn to add by 1.
It might be until fifth grade that you're doing addition with five-digit numbers.
This is unprofessional.
The deeper, probably more relevant interpretation is that Elvenar can't do basic numeric representations.
First year programmers should learn about the difference between integer and floating-point representations, between truncation and rounding.
Fix it, please.
