Please explain to me what are the white numbers next to the blue bars. Did you edit it in there? if not, then those numbers are likely the badges you have in stock, or which you must still collect. My memory is a bit hazy on how the browzer version works.

The White numbers in the blue bars are the individual items you have currently towards the total needed for the badge. As an eg the Blacksmiths Badge, says 1/5 meaning you have collected 1 of the 5 productions needed to create the full badge.
