Answered Squad size upgrade 77

I did a squad size upgrade 77 on both Arendyll and Winyandor cities today, roughly the same time
On Arendyll the amount of troops in all Military building increased on Arendyll, but for the same squad size upgrade on Winyandor the amount of troops decreased
Support says that it is correct.

Unless you teleported an armoury, it looks as if you had a temporary boost that was removed. Did your garden stones expire? Or the other building whose name I've forgotten?

Or a boost from the Cauldron expired? I agree with Minerva, something that gave you a temporary boost probably expired...
