Spire availability indicator

So I was thinking... We can see when the Spire is active because it appears, but it would be nice if it had a slight change in visual if the timer has run down and the next step is ready to do. Perhaps a yellow light on the top or something?... Just a thought.

i would propose to have the spiral icon available even in City. And if it is less than 24 hrs away from ending, perhaps a yellow or red circle encompassing the icon would be nice. Saves time having to keep clicking into the Spire
