How do I gain 600 Spell Fragments for Winter Magic quest.?

Is there no other way.? I have so few, I would like to keep what I have collected or made.

Jude is early chapter 2, it looks like.
Jude just take your time. Some items that you won in chapter 1, will have better versions come around again so it will be easier to decide what to sell: the Goblin Gift Shop and Ice Cream Farm, but also Frozen Flames and Winter Deer, Candy Cane Unicorn. There are some great smallish culture coming up: the Snowball Fight and Frozen Lake. A new chapter means better culture.
