I have finished this but still have my Campus and Wisdom Square. Can I safely sell them or do I need to wait for a quest telling me to do so?

There is no quest to sell off the campus. Check out Elvengems.com for a comprehensive list of quests by chapter (plus TONS of other great info).
As with all chapters, make sure that you have built / upgraded everything that you wish, that requires guest race goods (like roads), before selling off guest race structures
