New Game Features Some sort of cache for slower internet users

[Summary]: An option to download the graphics so that cities load a bit quicker.

[Details]: Some of us have rather slow internet (I, personally, get 1MBit) and so visiting fellowship and neighbours can take a LONG time, even with the graphics set to low. If we could be allowed to download the graphics to store on our machines, then we'd only have to download the locations each time and that would hopefully speed the process.

[Reasons for Implementing]:
Encourage those with slower internet to visit more neighbours.
Keep those with slow internet playing.
Lessen load on servers?

Ah, I didn't check Beta It would definitely be a good thing methinks.

+1 but I think it's flashplayer that forces the images to be downloaded each time because it is embeded in the browser and doesn't use your browser cache correctly... probably

Please, please, PLEASE can we have some dev input on this? Since the new expansion came into life it takes 5 minutes for the treasure chest to appear and I can't even see a low ranking/new city after ten minutes.
