I have gained another three lovely buildings in this quest, but am struggling to gain land. Will these buildings still be available to me after the event has ended?

yes. There is no time limit on when you can place the buildings in your city.

Once a building is in your inventory, it stays there until you place it (or disenchant it), regardless of the event you won it.

Of course the stats of those buildings won't change and stay the same as the chapter you have won them in, but if you win better stuff in the next event and you haven't yet placed these buildings you can always disenchant them for fragments.
