That's a week the new chapter started, I'm close to build the new settlement but...
I CAN'T because there is still no info on the new buildings levels in the wiki so IT'S IMPOSSIBLE to plan how much of each and at which level I need them to complete the researches...

A handbook has to be started as soon as a project starts... It can look like wasting time to rewrite it as long as the project evolves but IT'S THE ONLY WAY to keep it ready to be posted the same time the project is pushed up...
