Hi guys,

This might be down to the age of my computer... it's very irritating though.

I am unable (on this computer - that's my own, at home) to load the Research area.

If I click on the book, the bar starts to fill, when it's about two thirds full, the game/screen freezes.

So right now, I'm loading all my KPs into my AWs... it would be nice to stick them in Research... but I haven't been able to for the last three hours.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Often that will help to resolve problems like this.

If that doesn't work, please put a ticket into Support as they may have other suggestions.
