Answered Receiving messages

Hi everyone,
I've recently joined the Elvenar community and would like to be able to communicate with other players in order to gain some knowledge. I sent some messages to thank people for their help but for some reason i cant view their responses. My inbox shows empty when opened but i keep getting icons suggesting i have messages waiting. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

That's strange and shouldn't be happening. Sounds like you need to contact Support... Have you tried clearing your cache?

That exact situation can happen if someone is replying to a deleted message. To be exact, this has happened in the past and all errors seem to recur if you play long enough
