does anyone know when or how to get blueprints to upgrade houses. I looked everywhere and i dont understand. please help if you can. thank you!

Hello @Leelynn,
as @Killiak said, you can get blueprints with the 10th chest of a tournament (remember that you need a Fellowship for that) to upgrade you magic residences or you can also pay the upgrade with 320
diamonds. You can read more at Wiki - Magic residence.
