Answered Progress Deleted in my city

All of my progress in my city is gone. I had a message that my city was migrated on the map, well, all my game progress is GONE. I am SO SAD!!! I have had my city for YEARS

I did. I did check additional servers just in case I had the wrong one. https://www.elvenstats.com/player/en2/2246763 I had a new one I started on iPad since I couldn't figure out how to link them. So the correct one is EN2 and it looks like Ive just started the city

according to Elvenstats it looks as though the EN2 city has not been deleted so it should still be available to play....as for it looking like it's a new city, well it looks as though you only signed into it 4 times in the 3 years you have had it, so maybe that's why it looks new

as @Sir Derf says, contact support and see what they can do

Under the player name @WickedLadyDeath there are only 2 cities that are small and new, however there is one on server RO1 "WickedLady" Could that be the one you are looking for, https://www.elvenstats.com/player/ro1/43900

All look like no play for 3+ years, maybe you are returning to the game and just looking in the wrong place.
