Welcome to Chapter 8.

The primary method is to research and upgrade your Armory to an Armory (Breeding Grounds), where they will continue to increase the training size in your military buildings, and will now also add production capabilities to make Orcs.

There are also craftable and event reward buildings which, if received in (or upgraded to) Chapter 8 or later that will produce Orcs.
