I think these stats must somehow be recording incorrect data. We've never seen numbers like that before. At its peak I don't think the forum ever had 600 simultaneous visitors. But now they are here. Consistently. When there are only two or three active posts. And none of them are creating accounts. Looks weird to me.
At the start of this thread, my screenshot showed 2 members and 15 guests. That is something believable.
