And I mean high. Like, is it the Festive Fireworks building, that has a really tall fireworks animation? That high. Or higher.

Maybe Old Faithful approximately every hour, or maybe have a volcano that erupts in the city randomly destroying surrounding buildings with lava flow and a cooldown before you can build there again lol
