I see that there are players that I can give NH to in my notifications but when I go to their city I find that the timer is still running and I have "x" hours to wait. This "glitch" is really annoying. :mad: :( More so because I no longer help all my neighbours and only help those that visit me. (Coins only are not worth the effort !)
I've reported it to Support and been told that they are aware of the problem and are striving to rectify it. :rolleyes:
Is anyone else having this problem ? o_O

Yes! I have the same problem- you have to remember the time of the last person you visited and carry on from after then.

As you have already contacted Support, I'll archive this. :)
