When in my world Map in which most of the time I negotiate but even when I fight I have not had the ranking points added over.
As well as this the guys I fight are sometimes invisible except for their number.
Has anyone else had these issues?

yes this is a memory issue that's been plaguing the game since inception, the same thing happens (to a lesser extent) in FOE.
If you close ie and do an CTRL+F5 in IE to clear the cache, the problem will go away for a while, but it will return.

its not only the guys you fight, but your troops can have this too.
I tend to get this more on Chrome than IE.

The troops issue is indeed known and will be resolved with our new battle system.

For your ranking points issue: Does clearing your cache memory resolve the problem here, as explained by @firerock ?
