New Sorcery - Tome of Scouts

All my provinces are 'hard' scouting. Please, no flames about over-scouting. I am content to wait 6 days to get another province scouted, but the cost of solving them at the 'hard' level is a bit daunting.

A new Sorcery Tome that allowed a selected province difficulty to be reset to 'Easy' would be nice. Even nicer if there were a lot of them.

Yeah, yeah. Nine (9) pages of 'hard' difficulty. I am my own worst enemy!
