[Summary]: Building to Break Extra Runes
[Have you checked for similar ideas?]: There have been similar ideas in the past
[Details]: Now that we have the ability to receive Rune Shards and there is a great idea to increase the amount of Rune Shards that we can store (post on Shard Capacity). We now need new building, similar size as the Builders Hut or Magic Academy, that would allow players to insert a full Rune and over a given amount of time the Rune would be broken into a shard. The amount of time would be based on the level of the building.
Building Name: Rune Shop, with a tab in the building that shows the storage for Rune Shards.
Level 1 building would take 1 week to produce shard.
Building would go to level 5, and reduce the production by a few days.
[Reasons for Implementing]: Allow players to make use of extra Runes that are not being used.
[Balance]: This could be made as a Premium Building like the Builders Hut or Magic Academy that would cost diamonds to upgrade after level 2.
