I clicked on a neighbour and was told I couldn't give help to someone I hadn't discovered on my map. This has happened before and I just move on and go back and try again and it works fine. This time when I went back I received the coins and the same message. The hands were still there so I clicked again and got more coins and the message. This happened 3 or 4 times.
