I've got a couple of small moonstone library set buildings which I don't seem to be able to delete, move or teleport:

It appears that I'm just confused by the 'endless scroll' graphics

Have you managed to grab hold of them now? The base does feel as if it's in the wrong place.

It looks like you've set those buildings down without a road connection... Might be the problem.

In a crowded environment the graphic shows the top OK but the base seems disconnected. A minor problem when understood.
