Answered Missing my new Pheonix Excursion

To whom it may concern :
ok I've just spent around 5 hundred something on a phoenix excursion and won 1 on third try I think it was yesterday when it became first available and now I log on to game this evening around 8pm eastern time Canada and now I find this building missing from my inventory of buildings , can someone correct this issue?

Ps- just would appreciate it if I got it back is all I'm asking for....

You will want to create an in game support ticket, if you have not already done so. That is generally the best way as the support staff can look at the game logs, etc. and fix things when necessary.
