Answered Magic Dust Factory - Size per level

Hi,
Can anybody please tell me how big the level 16 Magic Dust factory is, please? I'm just upgrading from level 11 to 12 having just been give the task within Orcs and Goblins to have one at level 16 or higher. Need to know in advance so I can start planning for moving the building as necessary.
