Would it be possible to have an informal Lounge Chat Room so that all active players can get to know each other regardless of whether they are in a Fellowship?

It could be attached to the chat balloon on the right of the screen, I'm surmising that's where the Fellowship chat is Be great to have a chat while building whether you're in a Fellowship or not
