I was playing on mobile. I had 2 map provinces left to claim. Both already scouted. I solved the 8 encounters on first and got a message. Something about 8 provinces left. It's morning and I didn't think much about it, besides I had 8 encounters to solve in the last province. I solved the 8 encounters for the second province and decided to place the expansion and handle the buildings later, on PC. When I logged on, I had nothing to place. I'm at 83 completed and 90 required. I checked and I didn't place it accidentally.
